SWIR/NIR InGaAs Infrared Cameras and Sensors

Goodrich/SUI is the company that invented InGaAs Short Wave infrared imaging FPA technology. Founded as Sensors Unlimited, the company has been advancing InGaAs SWIR infrared FPA technology for the past 15 years. Goodrich/SUI has the most InGaAs SWIR infrared FPA cameras to address the widest range of applications. All of their cameras represent the highest-quality engineering and workmanship found in any infrared camera.

High-resolution 640 x 512 FPA Infrared Cameras:

GA1280J-15A InGaAs Infrared Video Camera
The compact J-Series is Goodrich’s next generation Mil-Rugged InGaAs digital video camera featuring a 1.3MP high-resolution, high-sensitivity and a wide operating temperature range. It provides real-time daylight to lowlight imaging in the Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) wavelength spectrum for persistent surveillance, laser detection, and penetration through fog, dust, and smoke. more
